3. ✅ Updated Generator for Future Harvests
Modified generate_owner_dataset_notes.py to:
- Load
discard-manifest.jsonat startup - Skip any record with sgis_id in
excluded_from_dataset_generationlist - Ensures discarded datasets are never reintroduced in future geodata_full.json harvests
4. ✅ Reconciled New Leaves to Datasets
Ran comprehensive leaf-to-dataset matching:
- New leaf count: 52 (46 original + 6 new)
- Total realisations: 238 (197 original + 41 new)
- Matched: 178 realisations to concrete datasets
- Unmatched: 60 realisations (22% - candidates for manual curation)

The generator script now automatically excludes 493 sgis_ids from dataset note generation:
