Package layers — Tool (QGIS)

In QGIS: Processing Toolbox › Database › Package layers (native:package).

Realises:

• Clip to extent — with Extent
• Reproject — with Destination CRS
• Save — with all Input layers into one GeoPackage, with Save layer styles and Save layer metadata

Settings that matter

• Save only selected features packages a selection.

Watch out

• A good way to hand in or share a study area: one file with every layer, clipped to the same extent and styled. Clip and save are two Operators; Package layers does both, for many layers at once.
