SPHERE Mapping
A thread theme — planning and cadastre are human intent (Governance) wrapped around physical space. Zoning decisions constrain what happens in all physical spheres. The primary home is Governance, but planning areas may protect forests (Biosphere), water bodies (Hydrosphere), or geological features (Geosphere).
Primary sphere: Anthroposphere Subsphere(s): anthroposphere_planning (plans and zoning), anthroposphere_governance (cadastre)
Cross-Domain Connections (Threads)
This theme bridges multiple SPHERE domains:
- Primary: Anthroposphere
- Thread → Biosphere
- Thread → Hydrosphere
- Thread → Geosphere
