Abstract
Kommunen kan foretage ændringer i en vedtaget kommuneplan via et kommuneplantillæg. Kommuneplantillægget fastlægger de overordnede mål og retningslinjer for den enkelte kommunes eller del af kommunens udvikling, både i byerne og i det åbne land.
