Domain hubs

Although Geospatial data Processing can be seen as a knowledge domain in its own right. Different application domains have their own traditions for which data and business logic (workflows) to use. Accessing the GIS garden through the Application domain paths can therefore, in some situations, be a useful approach.

Each hub describes a domain: the questions it typically asks, the data it often uses, the Tasks it relies on, and worked examples. The Tasks and Operators themselves are domain-neutral; a domain Task specialises a general one with the domain’s own knowledge.
